SECURE 2.0 Act

Happy New Year from all of us at RDFA.  We hope 2023 is off to a great start for you.

In late December, SECURE 2.0 Act was signed into law in the massive omnibus bill passed by Congress.  Believe it or not, the text for SECURE 2.0 started on page 2046 of the legislation!!  I've attached a piece that was written just prior to passage  that outlines key provisions of the Act.
